Rachael Cocker

Overview

The designs from Rachael Cocker celebrate the joyful and often absurd brilliance of creating by hand.

Drawing inspiration from British folk art, flora, and plants, her pattern-driven approach

explores the translation of drawing, mark-making, and pattern onto functional objects and surfaces.

Produced in her 17th-century studio in Great Yarmouth, Rachael's ceramics are painted with bold, vibrant strokes. The thick flower stems and abundant petals she renders are as visually satisfying as a fresh bouquet, bringing a touch of natural beauty to everyday objects.
