Rachael Cocker
The designs from Rachael Cocker celebrate the joyful and often absurd brilliance of creating by hand.
Inspired by British folk art, flora and plants, Rachael's pattern-focused approach to design explores the translation of drawing, mark making and pattern onto functional objects and surfaces.
Her ceramics, produced from her 17th Century studio in Great Yarmouth, are painted with bold and ebullient strokes; the thick flower stems and abundant petals are just as satisfying to behold as a bunch of the real things!
