&TRADITION AT 8 HOLLAND STREET : An exhibition at 8 Holland Street Kensington Gallery

London, UK – 21 November 2024 – 8 Holland Street is pleased to announce a takeover of our Kensington gallery by the Copenhagan-based furniture and design brand, &Tradition. The installation presents a dynamic edit of &Tradition’s classic and contemporary furniture pieces, alongside a curation of artworks, ceramics and vintage textiles from 8 Holland Street. The collection is available to purchase in the gallery as well as through 8 Holland Street’s website.

Founded in 2010 in Copenhagan, &Tradition is a contemporary furniture brand, built on a legacy of craftsmanship and design. The pieces in the collection tell stories with originality. Whether the starting point for the conception of new piece of furniture is is a new design or a re-issue of a vintage classic, the aesthetic embodies a strong sense of originality and intent. The collection includes pieces by some of the most renowned European and Scandinavian designers of the Twentieth Century, including Hvidt & Mølgaard, Viggo Boesen, Verner Panton and Arne Jacobsen, as well as contemporary works by names including Space Copenhagan and Jamie Hayon.
